The beignets at Chez is arguably the best in town. I'm a self professed pastry connoisseur and would recommend this if you're in need of a guilty pleasure or on your cheat day. The coffee there is great (they got a new espresso machine) and the new management is super friendly.
Edit: Like the previous poster said, the plaza and Bellaire has plenty of establishments to satisfy all cravings. *Cash Only*
